Building Use Policy

I have received and agree to St Matthew Building Use Policy 2023 revised and the Kitchen Use Policy.

I understand that there is no guarantee I will be able to rent the above facility at the desired date and time, that facilities are rented on a first come first serve basis, and that a $50 deposit must be made to the office to hold the desired date and time. This deposit must be made in person at our office M-Th 8:30a-12:30p.

I understand that other events may be taking place at the church in another area at the same time and parking and other resources may be limited.
